Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately at this time we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. We will, however, replace or refund products that were damaged during shipping from IYAWUTA.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. There is a 7-day grace period starting from the time the package arrived for a refund or exchange to be considered. 

If you want to cancel an order you've already made? Please email us within 24 hours of your order time. Please keep in mind that cancellation is not guaranteed if the package has already left our facility and is in the hands of the mail carrier.
